Hello Brian,
I'm a longtime friend of Gary (sister-in law too). He's told me about your predicament this morning so I thought I'd come by to offer my sincere hopes for your full recovery in the very near future.
I've lived in the US for the past 30 years - Portland, OR for the last while so we're sharing similar weather conditions.

I am getting back into the groove here at home. It was so good to see you and have that connection with you both and Hannah. Beautiful. I will continue to look forward to seeing the boys.
Everyday I have people calling or stopping by to ask about one match,to tell about one match or to say that they are praying.
I won't be there to run the Royal . I bummed up my leg and for about a month I have to do therapeutic things rather than pushing to the limit things. We still will look forward to another trip to see you, with the family, later on.
